Annual General Meeting Statement

Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the smart sensing software company servicing, life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 2.00pm today.

At the AGM, Nick Bolton, Oxford Metrics CEO, will make the following statement:

"The Board is pleased to announce that Oxford Metrics has made a good start to the new financial year. The Group's current trading performance is in-line with achieving market expectations for the full year ending September 2022. The Group's Vicon subsidiary continues to experience high demand, holding unprecedented levels of orders-in-hand, while we continue to manage the short term market-wide supply chain challenges. Yotta continues to generate reliable and growing levels of recurring revenue as customers adopt its toolsets for public asset management.

In line with previous years, the Group continues to be second-half weighted in terms of revenue with strong pipelines building across the business. The Board remains confident of the Group's prospects for the year and will provide further information on trading when it announces interim results for the six months ending 31 March 2022."
