The following amendment has been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement
released at 15.47 on 2 January 2007 under RNS Number 86420:

The issued share capital number has been amended - the correct figure is
501,449,038 ordinary shares.

All other details remain the unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

                              Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued capital consists of 501,449,038 ordinary shares of 1p each,
all with voting rights. No shares were held in treasury at the date of this
announcement. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is
therefore 501,449,038.

The above figure (501,449,038 ordinary shares of 1p each) may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest
in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
