NOTICE OF RESULTS

OXFORD BIOMEDICA PLC ('BIOMEDICA')

Oxford BioMedica plc ('BioMedica) announces that it will issue Interim Results
for the Half Year to 30 June 2003 on Tuesday 16 September 2003.

An analyst meeting will be held at 11.15 in the Gold Room, No.1 Cornhill, London
EC3A 3ND.  The presentation will be followed by drinks and a buffet lunch.
