that following recent purchases, at close of business on 7 December 2006 funds 
managed by Man were interested in 25,189,139 of the Company's Ordinary Shares of 
1p each, representing 5.03 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital, which
currently stands at 501,129,398 1p Ordinary Shares.
