that following recent purchases, on 4 April 2006 Credit Agricole Cheuvreux
International Ltd had an interest in 36,693,836 Oxford BioMedica plc 1p ordinary
shares. This represents 7.34% of the presently issued share capital of the
Company.


The shares are registered in the name of Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International
Ltd. By virtue of section 203 of the Companies Act 1985, the following companies
also have an interest in the shares:
