The Company was notified on 16 December 2005 by M&G Investment Management
Limited ('M&G') that, following a recent  purchase, funds managed by M&G have a
notifiable interest in 19,700,367 of the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each
('Ordinary Shares'), representing 3.95 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share
capital.
