                             Director Shareholding

The Company was today informed that Mr Raj Uppal, a director of the Company,
today purchased 100,000 ordinary shares 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares'), representing 0.04 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company, at 7.625p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Uppal's beneficial
interest is 100,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.04 per
cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
