The Company announces that as a result of an allotment of 89,843 new ordinary
shares of 1 pence ('the New Ordinary Shares') pursuant to the exercise of
options under the Oxford BioMedica 1996 (No. 1) Option Scheme, application has
been made for admission of the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the
Official List. It is expected that such admission will become effective on
Tuesday 27th May 2003.
