The Board of Ovoca Resources Plc would like to announce that, at the Annual
General Meeting held in the Berkley Court Hotel earlier today, the
shareholders unanimously passed all the resolutions put to them.
The Resolution in relation to the re-election of Mr Andrew McMeekan as a
Director was not considered as he had informed the Chairman that he did not
wish to stand for re-election, and consequently he has retired from the Board.
