Ovoca Resources Plc (Ovg.i Dublin : Ovg.l London) announces that the Company has
also been informed on 31 December 2004 by Mr. Tom O'Gorman that, following
transactions on the 28 to 30 December 2004, he has reduced his holding in the
Company, and now holds 3,919,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing
7.36% of the issued capital of the Company.
