EGM RESOLUTIONS PASSED



At today's Extraordinary General Meeting of Ovoca Resources plc, the proposed
resolutions were passed.



The conditional placing of 16,900,000 shares announced on 17 June has now become
unconditional and application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange to have
the placing shares admitted to trading on the IEX.
