Ovoca Resources Plc (Ovg.I Dublin : Ovg.L London) announces that the Company has
been informed on 21 January 2005 by Mr. Hugh Farrington that, following
transactions on the 17 to 21 January 2005, he has reduced his holding by 500,000
in the Company, and now holds 1,956,817 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 3.65% of the issued share capital of the Company.
