Ovoca Resources PLC ( quoted in Dublin Ovg.i and London Ovg.l ) announce the
resignation today of Mr. Jeremy Metcalfe from the Board, due to pressure of work
and other commitments.  Mr. Richard O'Shea, Managing Director, conveyed his
thanks to Mr. Metcalfe for his contribution to Ovoca and wished him well for the
future.
