New sustainability acknowledgement for Outokumpu

Smaller Europe SRI Universe, launched by Kempen Capital Management on
October 1, 2003.

Membership is available only to those companies with the very highest

resources and the environment. The acknowledgement is based on
extensive analysis and Outokumpu has passed the exacting standards
imposed.
