Further to the announcement of 23 April 2021, the Company is pleased to announce in compliance with AIM Rule 20 that a circular was sent to shareholders giving notice of a General Meeting on 26 April 2021. The circular is available to view at www.osirium.com in compliance with AIM Rule 26.

The General Meeting is to be held at the Company's offices at Theale Court, 11-13 High Street, Theale, RG7 5AH at 11:00 a.m. on 12 May 2021.
