Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that, pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of Shares in issue as at 30 September 2022 was 14,000,000 Shares, with each Share carrying a single voting right. The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 14,000,000 and no Shares are held in treasury.

The above figure (14,000,000) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
