The Directors of Oryx International Growth Fund Limited (the ''Fund'') are pleased to note the proposed acquisition by CoStar UK Limited of OnTheMarket Plc for 110 pence per share. The offer price represents a premium of 80% to the 29th September 2023 share price and will add circa £2.2 million (approximately 16p per share) to the Fund's 30th September 2023 NAV, and return £4.95 million in cash.
