repurchase of shares by the Company on 23 February 2004, British Empire
Securities and General Trust plc now hold 17.12% of the share capital of the
Company; their Shareholding remains 1,350,000 shares.

The Shares are registered in the name of JP Morgan CREST A/c BT01C.
