Oryx International Growth Fund Limited ('Oryx' or the 'Company') announces that
at its Extraordinary General Meeting held at 10.00 a.m. today, Monday 24 July
2006, called to approve the acquisition of Baltimore plc, an increase of capital
by creating 40,000,000 conversion shares of 50 pence each and the adoption of
new Articles of Association, all resolutions were duly passed.
