The Board wishes to announce that RBSI Fund Services (Guernsey) Limited have
been appointed as Administrator, Secretary and Custodian to the Company with
effect from 1 April 2007, following the resignation of HSBC Securities Services
(Guernsey) Limited as Administrator and Secretary and HSBC Custody Services
(Guernsey) Limited as Custodian on 31 March 2007.

The Registered Office of the Company will change to:
