Cancellation of C Shares

Oryx International Growth Fund Ld 04 October 2007 4 October 2007 For Immediate Release Oryx International Growth Fund Limited ('Oryx' or the 'Company') Cancellation of C Shares The Company announces that 2,542,376 C shares of 50 pence each ('C Shares') held by Baltimore Capital plc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oryx, have been cancelled. In addition, Oryx has also received 224,799 C Shares following the winding up of Lionheart USA MicroCorp in which it was interested. These C Shares have also been cancelled. Accordingly, the Company's issued share capital now consists of the following: 16,252,774 ordinary shares of 50 pence each with voting rights 24,799,646 C Shares with voting rights Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 41,052,420. The above figure of 41,052,420 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
