Annual Report and Accounts and AGM Notice

The Directors of Oryx International Growth Fund Limited (the 'Company') announce
that the Company has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31
March 2007, together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and proxy
forms, to Shareholders.

The AGM will be held at the Company's Registered Office, Royal Bank Place, 1
Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 9 November 2007 at 10.00 a.m.

Additional copies of the Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of AGM and proxy
forms may be requested directly from the Company Secretary at PO Box 482, Royal
Bank Place, 1 Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2HS.

In addition, copies of the Annual Report and Accounts have also been forwarded
to the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the
