The Directors of the Oryx International Growth Fund Limited are pleased to
announce that the Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on 27th October
2003 and all resolutions were passed. Accordingly, the Articles of Association
of the Company will be amended by the insertion of Section 10A.

A copy of the special business passed at the Annual General Meeting has been
submitted for publication through the Document Viewing Facility.
