Ormonde was notified on 2 September 2010 that JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. held 21,449,192 ordinary shares of €0.025 each in the share capital of the Company representing 8.60% of the issued share capital of Ormonde.  JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited is the registered owner of the shareholding.
