Directors' Interests in Shares


The following is an amendment to announcement 5099E released at 6:24pm
yesterday. The total number of options held by Andrew Bell under the share
option scheme is 500,000 and not 200,000. The Options are exercisable at any
time up to 23 October, 2014 and not 23 August, 2014.


Options over ordinary shares of nominal value €0.025 in the Company (the
'Options') have been granted to the Directors of Ormonde under the Company's
Share Option Scheme (the 'Option Scheme'). The exercise price of each option
granted under the Option Scheme is €0.13. The Options are exercisable at any
time up to 23 October, 2014.

The Options granted to Directors were as follows:
