Board Roles and additional Disclosures for New Directors

As advised as part of Ormonde's announcement of 30 September 2021, both Mr. Brendan McMorrow and Mr. Keith O'Donnell were appointed as Directors of Ormonde at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The nominees both bring significant relevant executive experience to the Ormonde Board.

Mr. Timmons will act as Chair, Mr. McMorrow will act as Secretary and Chair of the Audit Committee and Mr. O'Donnell will act as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

Commenting on the  Board changes, Mr. Timmons, Director and Chair, stated:

"We are pleased to have added two seasoned executives to the Board, both of whom possess the energy and experience required to take Ormonde forward into a new phase of development and value creation for shareholders."

Mr. Brendan McMorrow

Brendan has over 25 years' experience in oil & gas and base metals mining public companies listed in London, Toronto and Dublin. He has formerly been Chief Financial Officer of Circle Oil plc, and served as a senior finance executive in Ivernia Inc. and Ivernia West plc - at the time these companies were respectively developing significant base metal mines in Western Australia and at Lisheen in Ireland. He is currently a non-executive Director of Karelian Diamond Resources plc and Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

Mr. Keith O'Donnell

Keith is a banker with 30 years' experience in cross border investment and corporate advisory roles. He is currently Senior Advisor at Portland Advisers, a boutique firm based in London with global expertise in the Conventional Energy, Renewable Energy, Mining, Satellite, and Infrastructure sectors. Keith is also Lead Risk Adviser at responsAbility AG, a Swiss based fund manager focussed on energy access and clean energy solutions for the developing world. Keith is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and qualified for an MBA at Bayes Business School, City University, London.
