Oriole Resources PLC, the AIM-quoted exploration company focussed on West Africa, announces that, as a result of the disposal of 400,000 shares in the Company and the Company's recent placing (Announcement dated 30 June 2020), Trinvest AB's holding in the Company, has been diluted from 5.28% to 4.02% .
