ORIENTAL RESTAURANT GROUP PLC (the 'Company')

The Company was today informed that, following the
purchase of 125,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company ('Shares'), Mr Y L Loh is now interested in
789,500 Shares, representing 8.22% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
