Origin Enterprises plc (the "Company") announces that on 25 October 2022 it purchased a total of 42,138 of its ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each (the "ordinary shares") on Euronext Dublin through J&E Davy, as detailed below. |

Following settlement of the above transactions, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) shall be 114,905,875 (each carrying the right to one vote) and the Company's total number of ordinary shares in treasury (which do not carry voting rights) shall be 10,414,500 .
The repurchased ordinary shares will be held in treasury pending their cancellation or re-issue in due course. The purchases form part of the Company's €20m share buyback programme announced on 27 September 2022. |
