Notification of change in Shareholding

The Company was advised today by Origin LTIP Trustee Limited ("Origin LTIP Trustee") that, by virtue of the distribution to participants in the Origin Long Term Incentive Plan 2006 of Ordinary Shares, Origin LTIP Trustee is now interested in 37,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.03% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
