Notification of change in Shareholding Interest

The Company was advised today by IAWS Group ("IAWS"), a subsidiary of ARYZTA AG, that by virtue of the conversion on 17 April 2012 of 5,003,328 Deferred Convertible Shares in Origin into Ordinary Shares, IAWS' interest in 95,000,000 Ordinary Shares in Origin (held before and after the conversion) now represents 68.83% of the Ordinary Shares in issue (c.71.14% before the conversion).
