Orca Interactive Ltd 18 August 2005 For immediate release: Thursday, August 18, 2005 ORCA INTERACTIVE LIMITED Orca Wins Agreement with Leading European Broadband Operator Orca Interactive (LSE: ORCA), a global market leader in developing applications for IPTV, announces that it has signed an agreement to provide its IPTV middleware to a Western European telecommunications and data transmission carrier which is aiming to launch an IPTV service by the end of the current year. The IPTV solution will be provided by a coalition of companies, led by a European systems integrator. Under the terms of the agreement, Orca will sell licenses for its RiGHTv IPTV middleware platform to the carrier service provider. The operator has committed to purchasing 150,000 Orca licenses over a three year period. 60,000 of these licenses will be purchased in the current financial year. The contract is expected to generate multi million Euro revenues to Orca over the next three years and will contribute to this year's revenues.
