                 Orca Wins Pilot Agreement with Tier 1 Operator

Orca Interactive (LSE: ORCA), a global market leader in developing applications
for IPTV, announces that it has signed an agreement to undertake a market pilot
with a tier one telecoms service provider.  The pilot is expected to last until
the end of the year before moving into full commercial deployment.

Under the terms of the agreement, Orca will provide its RIGHTv IPTV middleware
platform to one of its global partners who will be the primary contractor on the
pilot.  The IPTV solution will be integrated with other leading vendors of the
IPTV value chain to deliver a 'best of breed' solution that will offer all the
functionality that an advanced TV provider needs.  The pilot will generate
revenues to Orca during the current financial year.
