Orca Selected by Sibir Telecom for Advanced Russian IPTV Service

RA'anana, Israel, April 18,  2007  - Orca Interactive (LSE: ORCA), a global
market leader in developing middleware and applications for IPTV, announces that
its leading IPTV middleware solution, RiGHTvTM, has been deployed by Open
Technologies, a leading Russian system integrator of complex information
services, for Sibir Telecom, one of the largest telecommunication operators in
Russia.

The first phase of the deployment covers Novosibirsk, which is considered to be
Russia's third largest city and it is planned to be expanded within the limits
of this federal district during 2007.

Utilizing Orca's RiGHTv middleware as part of the end-to-end solution provided
by Open Technologies, Sibir Telecom's IPTV service includes high quality
broadcast television, electronic programming guide, radio channels, video on
demand, network PVR and time shifted TV. In the future, these services will also
be expanded to include interactive games and information services that will be
integrated into the service using Orca's Service Delivery Platform architecture.
