Orca announces that the Company's annual report and financial statements for the
year ended 31 December 2006 (the 'Annual Report') have today been posted to its
shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company is to be held at the offices of
Financial Dynamics, 26 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1PB at 2.00 pm on 25
June 2007.  The notice of this meeting has been posted with the Annual Report.

Pursuant to Rule 20 of the AIM Rules, copies of both documents are available on
