The Company received notification on 15 February 2005 from Aurora Investment 
Trust plc that, following the purchase of 200,000 ordinary shares on 14 
February 2005, it now holds 1,450,000 ordinary shares in Orca, 
representing approximately 4.11 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The holding is registered in the name of Nortrust Nominees Limited, a/c AIT01.
