Orca Interactive Ltd (the 'Company' or 'Orca')
Board Appointment
The Company announces that Amir Hai (aged 42) has been appointed to the Board of
Orca as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 28 January 2008. Mr Hai will
also serve on the audit and remuneration committees.
Mr. Hai is currently chief financial officer of Deep Breeze Ltd. Within the last
five years he has been chief financial officer and member of the board of Shamir
Optical Industry Limited, a public company traded on NASDAQ. From 1994 to 1999,
he was a senior manager at Ernst & Young.
Mr Hai holds a BA in Accounting and a Management Degree from The College of
Management in Tel Aviv.
Mr Hai has confirmed that there are no further disclosures required pursuant to
Schedule two of the AIM Rules for Companies.
