Block Admission Application


Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block admission for
2,929,835 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each to be admitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market upon their issuance.  The shares will rank pari
passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of Orca.



The block admission consists of ordinary shares to be issued upon the exercise
of options granted pursuant to the Orca Interactive Employee Share Option Plan.
