On  22 October 2010, the Directors of Oracle announced that Libertas Partners LLP ("Libertas") no longer had  a
notifiable  interest in the share capital of the Company. The Company would like to clarify that  Libertas  has
not  sold  any  ordinary  shares  but has transferred a number of shares to  individuals  within  the  Libertas
organisation.

The Directors of Oracle are responsible for the contents of this announcement.
