Oracle Power PLC, the London listed AIM Company (AIM:ORCP), announces that Glen Lewis, a Non-executive Director of the Company, has notified the company of his resignation from the board for personal reasons. Mr. Lewis will step down from the Board with immediate effect.

 Mark Steed, Chairman of Oracle, said:   "The Board wishes to thank Glen for his contribution to the Company and we wish him the very best for the future."
