Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Onward Opportunities Limited (AIM: ONWD), the investment company targeting opportunities in smaller companies within the UK, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") has been convened for 12:30pm BST on 10 June 2024 at 1 Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2HL.

A notice convening the AGM has been posted to shareholders together with the Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023. Copies of the notice of AGM and the Company's annual report and financial statements will shortly be available from the Company's corporate website at www.onwardopportunities.co.uk.
