Movement in share price
The Directors are aware of the sharp rise in the Company's share
price over the last two business days and wish to announce that
the board of the Company's subsidiary, ADVFN.COM plc, are in
discussions, which we emphasise are at a very early stage,
regarding a possible investment in the company and the acquisition
of assets of a business from a third party.
