On 8 July 2008, the Company approved the re pricing of all out standing  options of Ordinary shares of 1p ('Ordinary Shares') to the following directors and employees:

100,000 granted 9th May 07 @ 25 pence

150,000 granted 2nd Sept 03 @ 22.75 pence 
150,000 granted 27th Jan 05 @ 46 pence 
100,000 granted 9th May 07 @ 25 pence 

Jonathan Mullins 
150,000 granted 2nd Sept 03 @ 22.75 pence 
50,000 granted 27th Jan 05 @ 46 pence
