On-line plc ('the Company')
Additional Listing
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for
250,000 Ordinary Shares of 50p each in the Company to be admitted
to trading on AIM pursuant to a placing for cash. The shares will rank
pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary share capital
of the Company.
Admission is expected to become effective on 10 May 2001.
