ON-LINE plc ('the Company')
In accordance with the terms of an ongoing trading agreement
with a games developer, the Company has issued 30,000 Ordinary
Shares of 50p each. Application has been made for the shares
to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected
on 1 May 2001.
