The following information falls to be disclosed as required by Sections 198 to
202 of the Companies Act 1985 and Rule 17 of the AIM Rules. The Company was
informed on 9 March 2006 that Mr Peter O'Reilly had increased his holding to
792,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 10.34% of the Company's
issued share capital.
