On-line PLC ('the Company')
On 28 September 2001 Clement Chambers, a director of the Company, subscribed
for 427,350 ordinary shares of 50p each at the market price of 58.5p per
share. This brings Mr Chambers total shareholding to 1,504,364 ordinary
shares representing 24.1 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
Application has been made for the shares to be traded on AIM and admission is
expected on Friday 5 October 2001.
