ON-LINE PLC ('the Company')
Director's shareholding
On 14 June 2001 David Crump sold 46,200 ordinary shares in the Company and
Legal and General bought the same number of shares to place into a pension
scheme for the benefit of Mr Crump, whose beneficial holding in the Company's
shares has therefore remained unchanged at 84,750 ordinary shares representing
1.47% of the total issued share capital.
