Result of Annual General Meeting

The Board of the Company announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, 8 February 2018, all the Resolutions set out in the notice of the AGM were duly passed by the requisite majority of votes by shareholders by way of poll. The Company's total ordinary shares in issue (total voting rights) as at 8 February 2018 was 130,434,763 of ordinary shares of £0.01 each. Ordinary shareholders are entitled to one vote per ordinary share held.
