TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND SHARES IN ISSUE

The Company's issued ordinary share capital at 6 November 2017 comprised 4,932,509,152 ordinary shares of 11 3/7p each and, in accordance with Rule 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of voting rights for the purposes of calculating disclosable interests in the Company's ordinary share capital was also 4,932,509,152.

Old Mutual Wealth: a leading, integrated, advice-led wealth management business focused on the UK upper and middle market.
